How to use :
-Cleanse your skin: Start by washing your face with a gentle cleanser.
-Moisturize (if needed): Apply a moisturizer if it’s part of your routine, and allow it to absorb.
-Apply sunscreen: Take an adequate amount of sunscreen and apply it evenly to your face and neck. About 1,000 to 1,500 mg (roughly a pea-sized amount) should be sufficient for your face.
-Blend in the sunscreen: Gently spread the sunscreen across your skin, ensuring even coverage on all exposed areas.
-Reapply as needed: Reapply the sunscreen every 2-3 hours, especially after swimming or sweating, to maintain sun protection.
